Integrative Coaching

This isn’t about fixing you it’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are.

As an integrative coach, I support you in moving forward when you feel stuck, uncovering what’s holding you back and helping you feel more aligned in both your inner and outer life. My approach brings together psychological insight, mindset work, emotional wellbeing, and nutrition coaching so we can support the whole of you: mind, body, and soul.

Rather than offering generic advice or quick-fix strategies, this work is about creating meaningful, lasting change. It’s a space for honest reflection, personalised support, and sustainable growth both emotionally and physically.

After resigning from my career to focus on prioritising being a present mum to my son, I lacked structure, sense of my own identity and was at a cross road with many potential paths ahead of me to explore.

When I agreed to having some life coaching sessions, to be completely honest, I had no idea what I was signing up for! In the first session, I began with the mindset of it being some sort of talking therapy for issues I grapple with rather than as a tool to help me to discover blocks, work through them and grow.
 
I started off looking to Emma to help me to understand/ analyse my behaviours and to tell me what to do to change. It became clear very quickly that this wasn’t the point of coaching. When my emotions came to the surface, Emma held space for me really well. I’d never met her before but I felt safe speaking to her. She was calm, patient, kind and empowering throughout.
 
I could see in the first couple of sessions that she felt the silences awkward and was so keen to support me that it was hard not to give suggestions rather than to encourage me to find the answers myself.
 
As the sessions went on I felt like Emma and I both grew in confidence. She became more comfortable, challenging me with open questions and pushing me to look for answers myself – and as I did I started to see patterns in behaviour and ways I could accept, adapt and move forward.
Emma provided several practical tools for me to try using in relation to the topics discussed which I found helpful.
 
All in all, I found it a valuable experience personally and I would definitely recommend Emma to someone looking for a life coach in the future
